Service Enquiries and Quotations

Quotations provided following enquiries are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to equipment availability and may be withdrawn or amended if circumstances change.

No contract for services comes into effect until we provide written confirmation accepting your booking and you have paid any required deposit or advance payment.

Equipment Rental Terms

Specific terms and conditions apply to equipment rental services, which are provided separately when you book equipment. These website terms are supplemented by those rental-specific conditions.

Equipment remains our property at all times during rental periods. You are responsible for the equipment's safekeeping and must return it in the same condition as provided, accounting for reasonable wear and tear.

You must not sub-rent our equipment to third parties without written permission. You must use equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any operating instructions provided.

Insurance coverage for rented equipment is your responsibility unless you purchase our optional insurance at the time of booking.

Production Services Terms

When you book our production services, we will provide a detailed scope of work outlining what's included, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. These details form part of the contract between us.

We will use reasonable skill and care in providing production services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results, as many factors affecting production quality are outside our control.

You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, releases, and rights for filming locations, participants, and any third-party content you want included in productions.

We retain raw footage and project files for 90 days after delivery of final materials. Extended retention can be arranged for an additional fee.

Payment Terms

Prices shown on the website are in British pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added to invoices at the prevailing rate.

For equipment rental, full payment is required before delivery unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing for established account customers.

For production services and studio installations, we typically require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion or according to agreed payment milestones.

Late payment may incur interest charges at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how much notice you provide.

For equipment rental, cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental start date incur no charge. Cancellations within 7 days may incur charges of up to 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations within 48 hours incur the full rental charge.

For production services, cancellation terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, cancellations with less notice incur higher charges to cover costs we've committed.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, such as equipment failure or unavailability of crew. In such cases, we'll provide maximum notice possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Liability and Indemnity

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, contracts, revenue, or anticipated savings, even if such losses were foreseeable.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our website or services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim, or £1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of equipment, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Equipment Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment while in your possession, except for normal wear and tear or damage caused by inherent defects.

You must report any damage or malfunction immediately. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the replacement cost.

Our optional insurance covers accidental damage and theft, subject to excess charges and policy terms provided at the time of booking.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience or reference. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us. You access third-party websites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.
